REDEEM YOUR PZD/PZT WITH MORE VALUE
From 05 October 2026, F&B orders placed through the Palazzo Mobile App will deduct from your PZD balance first, followed by PZT when applicable.
For a limited promotional period, members can also enjoy special PZD redemption rates when ordering through the app.
From 05 October – 31 December 2026:
- Items above 10 PZD → redeem for 3 PZD
- Items above 5–10 PZD → redeem for 2 PZD
- Items at 5 PZD or below → redeem for 1 PZD
From 01 January – 31 March 2027:
- Items above 10 PZD → redeem for a maximum of 10 PZD
- Items above 5–10 PZD → redeem for a maximum of 5 PZD
- Items at 5 PZD or below → redeem at the actual PZD value
*** Promotional PZD capping applies to orders placed through the Palazzo Mobile App only. Tobacco items are excluded and will be redeemed at their full PZD value.

All F&B orders redeemed using points are available for dine-in at Palazzo Club only and must be consumed on the premises. Takeaway packaging is not available for point-redemption orders.
